Amy, Sales Representative, Jake, lead person on the installation and Carlos, installer. Amy by far is one of the nicest sales person that I have worked with. She was very knowledgeable of the flooring; very pleasant and ensures 100% satisfaction. I look forward to working with Amy, again soon on my carpet project. She is definitely an asset to USA Flooring. The installers Jake and Carlos did a great job installing the flooring. They work very diligently and did a very good job. Everyone that has seen the flooring says that the installers did a very good job and it looks really good!!!

My experience with USA flooring was phenomenal. From my first consultation with Leonia, she was extremely pleasant to deal with and always super helpful and patient in guiding me through the process, scheduling my measurements ect. I was making this purchase in conjunction with my new home construction so despite the many moving party’s my dealings with USA flooring in this process always put me at ease. When I made my visit to the Raleigh showroom Jason was also a big help and EXTREMELY knowledgeable on the floor types and composition. He listened to what my needs were and guided me to the perfect product. I never once felt pressured during my transaction with the sales team and I feel confident in the beautiful and durable flooring product I chose, that it will last for years to come. The install was a breeze, fast and well done and the end result is I am totally in love with my new floors, the style it the floor has a ton of character (just what I wanted) and quality is top notch! 10 out of 10 would recommend USA flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring at an unbeatable price.

2023 Update: ———————- We turned to USA flooring to add carpeting to a staircase and replace the builder-installed carpet in a main floor guest bedroom and once again got exactly what we needed at a great price. David worked with us to be sure the product fit our needs to a T, and the project included a stair carpeting installation that was sourced from a different location because it needed to be matched with the second floor carpet. ** Start to finish they did a bang-up job and I highly recommend them for your flooring needs - which is why I am a multiple repeat customer. -------------- Nice people, great selection, easy to work with. This was the 4th flooring business, so I only called. Angie found the sample I’d been looking for and held it for me at the desk. She’d even left me a note with pricing info. She was always personable & quick to reply. The install went really well. They sent a crew of 4 for the morning so they were able to finish all the rooms in one day. Giovanni and his crew did a great job. They were friendly, worked diligently, and respected our home. They took care when moving furniture and swept up all the debris when they were finished. We’d definitely recommend them.
